HAUS Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 9, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in HAUS programs, coaching, and events (“Services”). By registering or participating, you agree to these Terms.

2. Program Participation

• You agree to engage respectfully and follow all program guidelines. • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally able to participate in athletic activities. • HAUS may update program content, format, or schedule at its discretion.

3. Payments & Billing

• All fees must be paid in full before program access is granted unless a payment plan is arranged. • Subscription or recurring payments will be billed automatically until canceled in accordance with Section 6. • Fees are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Unless otherwise specified, all sales are final. • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at HAUS’s sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

• All HAUS program materials, recordings, and resources are for your personal use only. • You may not share, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

6. Subscription Terms

• If you enroll in a subscription plan, billing will continue at the stated interval until you cancel. • You can cancel by emailing mentors@buildyourhaus.com at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

7. Privacy & Cookies

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including the use of cookies. You can review the full Privacy Policy at buildyourhaus.com.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical activity. You release HAUS, its founders, coaches, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, United States.
